Upgrades FAQ

I am an Urban Sports Club partner. How do I get a discount?

If you are interested in an M or L Upgrade as an Urban Sports Club Partner, you qualify for an Urban Sports Club discount. Please contact us via sales@fitogram.pro to receive the discount.

Are there hidden costs in the free version?

No. There are no hidden costs with the free version of FitogramPro. Nevertheless, if you decide to offer online payments per credit card or SEPA direct debit to your customers there will be transaction fees applied as for all payments of this kind. You can find additional details on those here.

How do I upgrade to another package?

Log in to your FitogramPro account. Go to Settings > Your FitogramPro Account > FitogramPro Account. Click on 'Update Package'. Select the package you want. Complete the purchase by providing your payment information. All done! You will receive an email confirmation shortly. Alternatively, we can change it manually upon request.

Do I need to enter my payment details to sign up to FitogramPro?

No, you don’t need to enter payment details to sign up to FitogramPro. We will only ask for your payment details in case you want to upgrade to one of the premium packages.

Which payments methods do you accept for your packages?

Our packages can be paid by credit card or SEPA mandate, charged on a monthly basis.

What type of support do I get with each package?

As a free user you can report technical problems (bugs) directly in the software. You can also contact our support team via email at support@fitogram.de. In the packages S, M & L as well as Urban Sports Club and OneFit Partner you can reach our support team via chat in the software. Our help center is available to you regardless of your booked package.

What are the customer support hours?

Our team is available for you from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.

How do I downgrade to another package or cancel my contract?

You can downgrade to a different package by logging into your FitogramPro account and going to "Your FitogramPro account" in the settings. There you can downgrade to a cheaper package under "Upgrade Package". All packages can be cancelled on a monthly basis with a notice period of 2 weeks, except when the Studio App is activated. The Studio app has a minimum contract period of one year. Accordingly, you must wait until the end of the contract to downgrade to a cheaper package (Free or S package).
